Curated Accommodation Booking

  • This booking is right for travelers looking for advice on the best spots to stay, and a neighborhood overview to find the right fit.

  • This booking includes a 1:1 session focused on understanding your vision, expectation and budget for your accommodation. We will discuss your preferences of:

    • Boutique hotels, boutique hostels, vacation rentals, beachfront properties, or resorts.

    • Which area of town is the right fit for you (high level overview of neighborhoods)

    • Proximity to dining or activities

    • ‘Must haves” - private plunge pool, ground level unit, walking distance to cafe, etc

    • Budget

    • Desired travel dates

    Client will be provided a list of personalized accommodation options to review together, and will include the booking of your desired accommodation.

  • There is no fee, or up-charge associated with this booking - We curate a list of properties designed for your aesthetic, expectations and budget, and look for complementary perks and upgrades.

Curated Portfolio Booking

  • This booking is right for travelers looking for everything in the accommodation booking, as well as a custom curated reccemendation portfolio of beach clubs, restaurants, activities, co-working spaces and experiences to use and reference during their trip.

    This booking helps you bridge the gap between the inspiration you see on social media, and planing your trip custom to you.

  • This booking includes a 1:1 session focused on understanding your vision, expectation and budget for your accommodation and overall experience. We will discuss your preferences to curate a portfolio of personalized recommendations for:

    • Beach clubs (types of music, food, location, type of scene - relaxing vs party spots, typical wait times, ticketed entry locations, budget)

    • Restaurants (Party spots, fine dining, local hidden gems, cafes)

    • Wellness (gyms, yoga, meditation studios, nail salons)

    • Co-working spaces

    • Grocery shopping/local stores near your accommodation

    • We can also review any research/inspiration you’ve found and answer questions (“where is this, how do i get there, how much is this?”

    For your accommodation booking, we will discuss your preferences of:

    • Boutique hotels, boutique hostels, vacation rentals, beachfront properties, or resorts.

  • This booking is a $50 USD planning fee. The fee covers the time and research dedicated to creating a customized portfolio of recommendations based on your vision and expectations.

Curated Full Service Booking

  • This booking is right for the client looking for everything in the Portfolio + Accommodation booking, but more of a fully-serviced trip. This booking includes custom itineraries, reservations and arrangements made for airport transfers, scooter delivery to your accommodation, reservations at restaurants, private transportation, yacht trips, and/or spa days.

  • This booking includes a 1:1 session focused on understanding your vision, expectation and budget for your accommodation and overall experience. It will include everything in Accommodation and Portfolio booking, plus your needs for full service arrangments such as:

    • Airport transfers to and from accommodation

    • Scooter rental and delivery to your accommodation

    • Private Drivers / Group Transporation

    • Reservations for restaurants and beach clubs

    • Nail, Massage and Spa Appointments

    • Boat trips, yacht party and tours.

    We will also discuss your preferences to curate a portfolio of personalized recommendations for:

    • Beach clubs (types of music, food, location, type of scene - relaxing vs party spots, typical wait times, ticketed entry locations, budget)

    • Restaurants (Party spots, fine dining, local hidden gems, cafes)

    • Wellness (gyms, yoga, meditation studios, nail salons)

    • Grocery shopping/local stores near your accommodation

    • We can also review any research/inspiration you’ve found and answer questions (“where is this place I saw on instagram, how do I get there, how much is this?”)

    For your accommodation booking, we will discuss your preferences of:

    • Which area of town is the right fit for you (high level overview of neighborhoods)

    • Proximity to dining or activities

    • ‘Must haves” - private plunge pool, ground level unit, walking distance to cafe, etc

    Any full service arrangements (transfers, reservations etc) will be arranged on behalf of the client as a part of the Full Service Booking. Additionally, the Client will be provided a list of personalized accommodation options to review and will include the booking of the desired accommodation. Lastly, the Client will also be provided a custom curated recommendation portfolio for them to reference during the trip.

  • This booking begins at a $150+ USD planning fee. The fee covers the time and research dedicated to making arrangements and reservations on behalf of the client, as well as creating a customized portfolio of recommendations based on your vision and expectations for your trip.

    A quote for this booking is dependent on how many arrangements/reservations are requested to be made, and group size. A final quote will be determined during the 1:1 session.
